VUORI TRAINING KIT
Accepted participants receive a VUORI Training Kit, curated in collaboration with VUORI, built for performance, durability, and serious training. Each kit includes VUORI training essentials and accessories and is distributed at the kickoff event—serving as a physical marker of commitment and entry into the program.

PRE-LAUNCH EVENT & PURPOSE PORTRAITS
January 8 | 5:30–7:30 PM
The experience begins with clarity.
Participants will:

Define their current PURPOSE and their “HEALTH ON PURPOSE” goal

Record a brief reflection to establish their starting point

Participate in an individual "PURPOSE" Portrait Session
This night sets the tone—mentally, emotionally, and physically—for the six weeks ahead.
ELEVATED TRAINING SESSION
January 22 | 6:30 PM | Led by Coach Kyle
A high-level group training session designed to elevate execution, effort, and standards. Expect focused coaching, intentional programming, and an environment that demands presence.
This session establishes the training benchmark for the program.
STRENGTH & MOBILITY INTENSIVE
February 10th or 12th| 8:00 AM
A dedicated session focused on:

Long-term strength development
-
Joint health and resilient movement
-
Sustainable performance that extends beyond the program
Includes coached strength and mobility work, recovery strategies, and guided reflection connecting training to longevity and healthspan.
FINAL CELEBRATION & COMPLETION GIFT
February 26 | 6:00 PM
The program closes with intention.
The evening includes:
