This is a small-group 5:1 training session designed for busy working professionals who want structured coaching, measurable progress, and the right level of personalization—especially if mobility limitations, past injuries, or surgical history are part of the picture.
These sessions are the pulse of the facility and a clear step above traditional large-group classes. Training happens in a consistent cohort, allowing coaches to understand how you move, what your body needs, and how to help you build strength safely alongside a small group of like-minded professionals.
Each participant receives individualized prehab and mobility work, followed by 45 minutes of coached strength training tailored to current ability, training history, and real-life consistency. Movements are selected and adjusted with intention to protect joints, support spinal health, and promote long-term durability—without sacrificing progress or challenge.
The ultimate goal isn’t just getting stronger in the gym—it’s increasing your healthspan so you can enjoy a more capable, independent, and fulfilling lifespan.
